Caller: Energex

I had a text message come through from a Rebecca saying that because my last 12 month meter reads had been self ones that I needed to take photos of the 3 readings and text them to her or call Energex on 131253. I called and spoke with her, she advised me that she is contacting 30000 customers to get this info which for one person seems a very high number, advised that we have dogs, self reads put into my providers app, advised that I would not be sending any photos of these directly to her as she contacted me, I don’t know who she is, I believe that this is a scam, she said that she could send through a picture of her ID, advised that these can be faked, she then wanted my name and address which I refused to give, I have submitted this info to Energex.
