Caller: Amazon Scam Call Advising Amazon prime subscription - see below
Amazon is aware of scam phone calls and text messages targeting customers stating they will be charged AU$79/$99 for a Prime membership. The caller is asked to 'Dial 1' to dispute a purchase or transaction / stop an auto-renewal of a Prime subscription. Please do not respond with information about your Prime membership. We take phishing and spoofing attempts on our customers very seriously. If you receive any communication that you think may not be from Amazon, please report it to us by sending an e-mail to stop-spoofing @ amazon.com.
