Caller: some one claiming to be from Visa / Mastercard I received a call today from this number and from a male who spoke really bad enhlish. He claimed to be from Visa (Credit Cards) and asked if I had authorised a transfer to Germany Covid-19 charity. He new my address details which can be found out from the white pages without a problem He wanted to get further details of my card which was obviously a scam. I called his bluff when I asked what bank he was from and he responded that he was from the Visa Fraud team. I told him that unless he was able to give me his personal details ID Number and what bank he represented I would not give my details. I also don't have a Visa card. He mumbled and then hung up the phone.
Be very careful with this scam and don't get trapped.
