Scam. Number leaves voicemail: "Regarding two transactions which have been deducted from your account which is three hundred dollars on Ebay and one thousand tree hundred dollars on a foreign transfer. If you are not the person behind this transaction then please press 1 to talk to our Visa representive.thank you." BLOCK!
