Caller: Scammer Recorded message. "This call is from your Visa banking Department..." Obvious scam - generic message. Doesn't mention any actual bank and obviously just trawling numbers for someone gullible. Honestly hard to fathom how our totally useless government and phone companies haven't cracked down on this @#!^ yet.
