Missed call, when I called back the voicemail said "hang up before the phone beeps and you won't be charged" and then beeped immediately. I checked this voicemail response online and it apparently refers to scam calls where the caller is testing if your number is active. If you answer such a call, do not speak. You may be charged if you call the number back, not if you answer an incoming call.
