Supposedly Paul from Amazon re account - hung up

Recorded message saying that my Amazon Prime account will be expire soon, as I don't have such an account, I have just hung up the call.

Did not leave message but when I tried to call back goes straight to generic answering service.

Missed call did not leave a message. Upon checking Reverse Australia glad I didn’t answer, will block spammer. Thanks for reporting your interactions with them, everyone. 👍

Recorded female voice re Amazon Prime account debit, press ….. - don’t have an account. Stayed on the line until they hung up

they were like "your amazon account will run out" i was like no i don't have an amazon account now shut too bad

amazon said my account renewal would be $39.99 and to cancel my subscription to speak to the operator.
Spoke to the operator (alex) told me had to be in fron of my pc to cancel; gave him a blast of what i thought of scamers hung up on me.....

Came up on my phone as suspected spam, so I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Re: my amazon prime account is expiring, which I do have.

Notes: speaker did not have an Australian sounding voice, you can hear other telemarketing voices in the background.

I never pick up unknown numbers but I was expecting a package soon so I did. It was a robot voice saying my Amazon Prime account will be renewed at a higher rate of $39.90. I couldn't be bothered hearing the rest of the recorded message so just hung up and blocked the number.

Missed call. No voicemail left.
