a missed call from this number - likely is Hello Fresh, as I cancelled this a month ago (so many problems with cancelling them before I finally was able to get an online assistant to do this for me - it's a pity because the food is tasty- but they don't have enough people to manage accounts).

Hello Fresh - cancelled with them last year and opted out of marketing but they obviously don't think the rules apply to them! If a customer opts out, they are not supposed to cold call. I feel like reporting them.

This number just called me. I never picked up. Didnt leave a message. It had the
+1 0408015182 showing on the mobile as number calling. Dont care who it is, but judging by this information I am happy i didnt waste my time!

I recently cancelled my hello fresh subscription. They try to trick you into resubscribing. I loved the food & the convenience but ordering through the app was a nightmare & there is no customer care what so ever!

Did not leave a message for me, but was speaking to a colleague which was recorded. Sounded Russian.

Left a voicemail saying something foreign then "that was torture" and hung up.

Hello Fresh asking to do a survey. Afterwards they will offer you a discount code. If you say yes they will add it to your account which reactivates it and will eventually charge your account and make the deliveries. I just went on the website and cancelled my account again

Missed a call from this number, no message left. I didn't call back but like other submitters I recently cancelled a Hello Fresh subscription so presume this was them.

Initially thought this may have been a scam call. However have confirmed this was legitimately Hello Fresh. Call began as a survey about my previous experience with Hello Fresh. They then credited some discounts to my existing Hello Fresh account (which was how I confirmed it really was Hello Fresh).
