Caller: He said his name was James from the Telstra Billing department 'James' wanted me to confirm my personal details and tell me that I was eligible to a 50% discount on my bill if I could confirm my details. When I told him I wasn't going to confirm anything he told me he would cancel my accounts. he hung up.
