Caller claimed they were from Commonwealth bank and investigating a fraudulent transaction from earlier in the day. Call center noise in the background and why would a bank be calling from a personal mobile number. told them I have been with that bank for 25 years, hung up and blocked the number

The caller said they were from the NBN (did not identify being from a specific provider eg. Telstra). Was a noisy call centre background although it did not sound professional. I ended the call.
