Caller: Steve - area manager - i-med radiology Steve talks a lot about “robust processes”. He uses a lot of sales speak when dealing with disgruntled customers. He lies and says he cares about their situation, offers refunds “in good faith” then never follows through. He doesn’t care when his staff don’t follow proper processes and leave people needing surgery to fix their mistake.
