Sam's repair on a shutter cost me $160 and lasted 2 weeks. Since then he has avoided my calls and seems either incompetent, lazy or wants money for nothing.

The issue has been rectified. It was a communication problem. Sam fixed the blind, even though he was NOT responsible for the breakage. It was an operator error that caused the shutter to not work.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this business.
