These people need to be strung up! Got yet another text from them to say "as of November 29, you have not paid your toll. Please visit https://links.tollsoeas.center for details to avoid late penalties and pay as soon as possible". I don't have a car, I don't drive so these are just wannabe scammers. Have blocked this number now too - no doubt they will have another go from another number.
