Frequent nuisance calls. Silent. The second time (a day after the first), I rang the number back and got what sounded like a silly voice answering. When I started speaking, I got hold music and a call waiting, which after I hung up on the call on hold, turned out to be the same number. I hung up again and was rung up again by the same number.
