Site link leads to, looks very official, but asks for details they should already know. Including card details.

Called westpac for confirmation and they said it's a scam, they're only looking to get your card details to get access to your money.

Note: I am not nor have ever been a Westpac client. this has been reported to scamwatch.gov.au
