Just another one of the Robo calls that when you don't speak the call terminates. Likely another scam or South Asian Call Centre trying to sell me website design services.
Why do they even bother, I either don't speak, hang-up or do not answer.
Waste of the whole world time. And I bet the callers are rotated through often because they don't make any money once everyone catches-on.
