Text message from this number has a link to a fake Suncorp site. The URL does point to where it says https://suncorp.com.au.reviewactivity.limited/login, but my browser alerted me that this is a deceptive web site. Calling the phone number leads to a recorded message that repeats your phone number and says that it will send a text message to the number you called. All the hallmarks of scammers.
