Looks like a delivery notification but contains a suspicious looking link and unusual wording! ie: ‘You took one of the spots our 16/10-list.’ ????

Caller: Text from "ups"

Text me saying I have unpaid customs fee, undeliverable package.

"We have attempted to deliver ur package UPS016448296GB, but there is an unpaid customs charge. Follow the instructions here: https://bit.do/fK3FU"

Seriously don't open these messages.
Tell tale sign, they use "ur package". And the link is not ups.
