Caller: asian voice asian voice asking if I would accept a call supposedly from the government and I think she was about to say "don't hang up" but I double #'d and hung up anyway. tried to ring back but the message I got was "this mobile phone number has incoming call restrictions - please try later". NOT SUSPICIOUS AT ALL!! MUCH!!
