I had the same but it was a call I answered saying my Prime (I don’t have Prime) was up for $99 renewal and I had to click a link they wanted to send me to cancel or continue and they started asking me details but I turned it back to them and asked what details they had on my account and she didn’t even know my name and then hung up, definitely a scam.

The voice message said Amazon as agreed will deduct $99 from my account to renew Amazon Prime.
I don't have Prime.
