Received call with Indian sounding guy and lots of background interference noise. Asked if i was @@ who is actually a member of my family. Asked my name and i refused. Claimed he had "something" for @@. Would not tell me what. Hung up. Call back to number has incoming call blocks on it. Have had numerous calls from a UK listed 44 number as well. Once when i answered i am sure was same guy. Claimed they "ran a big business" when i told him he was a scammer. These numbers also don't work when dialling back. All numbers now blocked but they continue to morph new ones..
