They also can only call third parties once every six months, this is all outlined in the UCC and NCC.

Telling me I have a debt with Citibank when I have never banked with them. Yet won't provide me a bank statement. Surely they don't think I am so stupid I will pay a debt I don't own. Call several times a day. Time to involve the law!

I actually don't have the debt - they are calling me, and my other family members due to another person's debt. The person is in contact with them and trying to come to an arrangement but they seem to ignore that. This is pure harassment, breaks privacy laws and has to be illegal.
