Keep calling n hassles , also said thy lost relatives eg cousins n nieces uncles etc to gain details frm neighbours n other friends. Such scamming n collects person details shld not be accessible or accepted. It's fraudulent for people identity n impersonate to gain access.

Just ignore them. If it was worth their while they would be taking legal action. It obviously isn't so just block them. Sorry about your mother getting hassled; these people are bottom feeders.

Absolutely disgusting pigs. Calling my FB friends. They threaten me, saying they will stay on the line whilst I download and email them my bank statement to see my funds and where all my money is going. They left me in tears and a panic.

They are chasing me for a debt incurred in 2008 when my travel card was stolen and used in the USA. The bank got their money back on insurance. The debt was bought by credit corp off the stock market as a debt... to which they ask for the full amount plus interest, it is bluff. They have no legal leg to stand on but gullible people are gullible sadly... some how they can give you a bad credit rating? That's there only threat.

May be Scam, Requested my personal details first to verify my records in their system. then I asked what my details you have in your system and their company details. Did not provide any details and Girl answer to my call try to transfer to someone.

It got sorted years ago and now....guess what.... I'm back!!!

When I see an unknown number, I pick up the phone and wait for them to speak 1st . They always hang up without speaking. Never tell them who you are.

I asked for the details of the alleged debt and knew fairly quickly it was crap. Apparently it was a foxtel debt from 5/6 years ago though I know I left owing nothing. I contacted foxtel just in case and they said no theres no debt even from back then and I am looking at your file. Next day the dumbarse calls and I tell him they have no records of debt and seriously get ready for a laugh “no foxtel wont have any records of it because when they sell us the debt they have to give us all of the information and wipe it from their system so they will not see you ever had a debt”.

“Ok so prove I had a debt then! I have no knowledge of a debt, the company involved has no knowledge of a debt. Lets go to court!!”

They still ring and I just block them.
