Has outstanding debt of $800 for work on his Ford Ranger, keeps promising to come in & pay off his bill but never shows. Debt outstanding since August 2016.

Has not paid for his brakes, and keeps promising to come in to discuss, never shows, says their is an issue has never let us look at it.
