you've got a new voicemail message. malware and virus attached

Text message with a link to nia.org.np stating that there was a voicemail from my Boss and to follow the link. However the start of the link is some anti terrorist organisation in India and no owner comes up related to this number. I called number, it went to vmail after picking up on 2 rings with a message that they are on the phone and to leave a detailed message when calling this number
