I've had a lot of these calls lately, all from mobiles and they all say the same thing: "Hello, hello, this is such and such (some bodgey name), who am I speaking to?" or "Hello, hello, I had a missed call from you?" Under no circumstances should you speak as they are just trying to record your voice to use for voice recognition scam calls!
