Fraudulent call from "Paypal". Reason for call: "Did you just purchase a giftcard via Paypal to the amount of $700?". He was helping me secure my android phone and asked me to install an app. When I hung up, i got 16 phone calls back from 16 different numbers. Most started with 0404-64x -xxx
