Caller: Mark

claimed to be from the Commonwealth Bank. Knew local branch, name & phone number. Would not send an email to confirm he was from the cba. (later found out that i could have requested a netbank code).Claimed that i had multiple transactions (withdrawals) from someone named "smith" in the usa. I checked my bank (not on my phone) nothing untoward there...yet!
