Received an English recorded voice call from this phone number, saying that my mobile phone would be out of service soon. It asked me to press 1 for English and 2 for Chinese. As I had received such kind of calls before but up till now my phone is still working very well. So I hanged up and blocked this call. Definitely it was a scam.
