Seems like a scam.

Scam constant rings never leaves a message reported as spam or scam blocked as done with all unknown numbers its the only way to stop the repeated annoyance

Flashes a call but with call restrictions

Scammer - Answered and then they hung up - had them call numerous times a day - now blocked.

They call everyday but hang up when I say hello

Sounds like a call centre. They know my name, but don't leave a message to say who they are or what they are calling about. Getting a bunch of these types of calls lately from different mobile numbers.
Seems like computer calling from a list. The operator thinks they are talking to me when it has already gone to voicemail.
