Got a message purporting to be from Westpac, saying a payment was declined. I smell a rat!

Caller: Scam Westpac are aware but this is an SMS scam that's just started. Basically says; Westpac: A recent payment you made has been put on hold. It then proceeds to give a link... it's a scam No banks or businesses will ask you to follow a link through an sms or email.
