Caller: They said they were from Telstra, and the NBN They said they’d noticed our internet speed was slow, then tried to get me to check the speed, then wanted to connect to our modem via my mobile phone so they could diagnose something or other. Yeah right. As soon as I asked them to send a technician they hung up.
