Caller: Fraud Department of VISA & Mastercard Call came from a mobile number. Caller had an Indian Accent. He asked if I’d authorised a payment of $2700 to a particular travel company (didn’t catch the name). When I said I didn’t, he said my card had been used in the US. Asked me a bunch of other questions about which devices I used for banking and then told me he was going to my bank’s secure server and step me through how to reverse the charges. At that point, I said I’d prefer to call my bank myself and hung up. Definitely feels like a scam.
