pest Asian asking if I were homeowner ask me by name

Caller: Solar company Victoria

Have been receiving several messages from blocked numbers purportedly from solar companies. They have my name, and when I ask them how they get my details they explain it is off a bought list. This number rang from yet another solar company, and yet it is from another call centre. They never let up despite telling them to stop calling me.
