Caller: Apparently Vodafone A south-east Asian lady who offered a free upgrade of my phone plan, but required I answered personal details to start the procedures. When I asked if Vodafone already had my personal details, and even going as far as asking what my phone plan was, she tried to changed tactics asking why I was being difficult? Background noise seemed to suggest she was sitting next to a loudspeaker? Either way - scam. Please avoid! 🙏
