They left a message saying something about ...will be out of service soon. Press 1 for (language). Then repeated message in mandarin but the beginning of the message wasn't recorded. It was a recorded message anyway. I assume it's scammers gotten hold of some poor bastards phone number and using it to scam as many ppl as they can.
