Message starts with my name.... "..... This is our 3rd attempt to reach you. Request activation and login required to obtain successful resolution by 5pm." With a link that follows. Did not click on link. Suspect scam / fraud.

spelt registration as rgtaton..That in itself is very obvious it's a scam..and for the fact I have no idea what they are talking about..
Definitely not worth the risk with clicking onto their https..
