Caller: A solar panel broker He offered solar panels with government rebate at an upfront t cost of 200$. Once installed I would not pay any more bills and in addition the electrical company will pay me for any excess power generated! Too good to be true. I asked him to send me the info by email but he never did. Keeps on calling me every day!
