Caller: Christopher R Patrick Cape to Cape Finance pty ltd After making an enquiry online with the company suggest above I was offered a loan, great!! Checked them out , active ABN and Credit license number all good, recieved contract signed and paid security deposit - contact was kept up for a few days as apparently lender fell through and I was going to be refunded!! Hahahah never to be heard from again! Reported to all ASIC, AFCA etc etc still nothing bank can’t get my cash back even though both banks were told about it with in 2-3 days - moral of story can’t trust anyone even when the regulators say you can!!
