    Caller: "Ravish"

    Claims to be from "The Amazon" and asks me to download an app called "Anydesk" ( a remote computer control app). Apparently I need to download this app so that she can "process my refund" for $99 for cancelling my free Amazon Prime Trial. [There are no Amazon subscriptions that cost $99.] She told me I needed to pull over in my car right away to download this app to my phone, because I would be unable to cancel the trial myself from my computer when I got home, as the $99 would still need to be refunded and could not be done myself. by cancelling the trial. I asked her to call me back at 5 pm - which she did - on the dot!. This time she asked if I remembered her from "The Amazon", and when I said I did remember, but I did not think she was from Amazon, she immediately hung up.
