Missed the call. Called back 3 times, each time got a recorded message that you have reached Aussie Protect enquiry line, please hold the line for an operator... then engaged signal. Have blocked and reported as general spam. Be interesting to see if they call me from a different number??

Identified as from a health insurance company (I thought they said i-Select but given responses above it could've been Aussie Protect). She was really pushy, asking if I still had private insurance and when I said it wasn't a good time to talk as I was at work, she hung up on me.

I blocked them, same number but then they called with a different number...0402 296 257. I told them to cancel my details from their database...but the hung up on me :)

Called back and got silence for 13 seconds. Nuisance

I received two calls in two days and no message was left. I rang back to get an answer message for Aussie protect. This happened on the 8 & 9th April 2020.

Aussie Protect. Generally never answer numbers i don't know but am waiting for a delivery. Told him i was waiting for a call and ended it

Called my mobile but rang off before I could answer, which denoted a scam of some sort or an already blocked number. Blocked it anyway, updated and deleted it, after checking here. I may not be entirely happy with my health insurance (one visit to the dentist uses up my entire year's allocation) but it's my choice to change it, and I don't want ANY unsolicited marketing calls on my mobile. Only marketers use my landline so I have learned never to answer it even though Telstra/NBN compel me to keep and pay for it, I feel sorry for people who are more trusting than me. "Not happy,Jan!" Spam call from Aussie Protect. They keep calling me and hanging up as soon as I answer. I called their number from a private landline and got an auto response before it hangs up. It's very annoying but I wonder if they are also fishing scam trying to get private information from the unsuspecting. If you go to their web site you can 'register' to stop getting spam calls (by handing over more personal information).

These people are annoying. They interrupted an important call for a spam call.

Some low life claiming to be from some health insurance firm called asking to check if I still have cover with them. Firstly, no, but secondly the vile of these guys praying on people that may be silly enough to go any further.

His language was slurred an poor such that I could not understand him on the second attempt, I politely asked him to repeat his question and he yelled it again. Obviously bad tempered, and if you (the “telemarketer”) or your “colleagues” are reading this, you lot need to have a rethink about your lives.
