Saying from Dan and Brad street, dept of human services. Wanted me to give my birthdate full name, Indian sounding voice. Been ringing for weeks getting annoying

This number rang me and wouldn't tell me why they're ringing until I gave them my full name dob and address, when I told them they said they were from Dun and Brad st collecting my debt of $4,000.
I said I wasn't paying anything until I get proof of this but they will only mail not email. This is the 3rd time Iv had a call on a different number still no letter in the mail. They think it may have been lost.

I don't know why it would be debt collectors, I have no debts. Plus for the past 4 days I've received at least 1 call per day, when I answer they say nothing. The line literally stays silent. Everyday I hang up after saying hello several times. Today I muted my phone and put it on speaker to see if the caller would actually say something....they hung up after a couple of minutes. This is stupid and if it continues I will take this to the police as harassment as whoever it is is being a nuisance and not even speaking!!

Dun & Bradstreet debt collectors. You obviously haven't paid someone outstanding monies owed. Whoopsies.

I had the same problem .this the whole thing is creepy.

I had a call from this number saying they were department of human services but they used my madian name and not my family name that I have kept due to my kids. I knew this call was not department of human services

0402 899 856 - pretending to be debt collectors, supposedly collecting on behalf of Centrelink or other - if you contact the people they are collecting for, you'll soon find it's not true and a scam!

I had the same problem. when I rang back he ask if I can tell him my birthday and that it is a private matter he wants to discuss.

Hey Kan man up and pay your bills/debts or whatever - just do the right thing. If you borrow money pay it back rather than complaining
