Received a call from Fabian from Premium (Private Wealth) out of Brisbane... interesting he was calling from a mobile. He said there were new tax cuts that were designed to save people money, as people do not have enough super for retirement. By saving people money, they can pay off mortgages and have more when they retire. He then wanted personal info, if I earned $65K+ pa, if I had a mortgage, if I have more than $150K equity -as these are criteria to access the tax break. **Don't you think there were tax breaks to help people gain more equity for retirement, they wouldn't be eliminating people with low wages or low equity.
Red flags. Having looked up the company and read reviews, steer clear of these guys.
