This text message was a scam I haven't seen before. It started "Tax Amendment. {{<ACTION REQUIRED>}} Your MyGov Profile has been restricted. Secure your profile. This was followed by a spurious URL (which I didn't go to). Later I checked my MyGov account which was absolutely fine.
