Skimmed my details off hipages, trying “not sell me a website” but instead get me promoted to the front of Google. Hate these guys, stop wasting my time!

Very British sounding caller. Hung up after i asked repeatedly what he wanted.

Wants to promote business to Google top pages. Gets dodgy when asked what email he sent previously. Keeps repeating that the business should care that he wants to put us on the Top 3 for Google and if we don't do it now, the spot will go to someone else.

I read all this comment here and noticed that the caller is sometimes a woman and sometimes a man. Definitely a spam.

When I politely informed them I wasn’t interested in whatever they were doing, they immediately hung up on me. I was so upset I didn’t get an opportunity to instead rudely hang up on them instead.

Wouldn’t bother answering. Spent 12 mins on the phone but still they were unable to explain how their own business works; was quite rude and stupid about my business. i think i know how my business operates better than u sweetiepie. Mentioned her own british accent that she must love to listen to because she didn’t even realise she was speaking to another british expat, goes to show how much they just wanna say their slop and not even listen to a question.

Called our business landline and hung up straight after I answered. Appears to be a scammer.

She said something about sending me a postcard and the background noise indicated a busy office. I run a therapy business and asked the caller if she wanted therapy. When she said no, I said I had to go.

Sales call for SEO... when I said I wasn't interested he asked if thats how I peak to all my customers. WFT

Danish sounding woman "wanting to know if i got the postcard to update address"....like google used to do,,,as if they would call me specific ,,,said am i speaking to owner of business without saying who they are , i hung up

Asking for money to get my business to the top of google.
When I questioned the company name he got very upset and threatened me. Police have been contacted.
Be careful of this person calling.

English accent, called our business and asked to speak to the owner, then wanted to know if we are a large or small business but wouldn't tell me why he wanted this information.

Because do not call doesnt work

Absolute scammers , have had numerous calls from these UK based scammers , don't give them any info about your business , don't sign up for any of their deals
