I didn't answer this number, as it wasn't on my address list. Whoever called left a sit on my telephone answering machine service as follows, "this is a message from ACMA, owing me that my telephone service is using an abnormally large amount of data and fees. Please press a certain number, and a different number for Chinese". At this point I just deleted Message. It's clearly phishing spam. I'm sick of these people.
