I had a text message apparently from this number saying "Listen to your new voicemail" and giving this url: http://orlandoconstructionandgas.com/nvt/?8xpEy7TVMg60Gf-yd4z

The message came through at midnight last night. It is some sort of really stupid scam, of course. If I had a voicemail message, it would go to my voicemail, not to some spurious webpage. As expected, the url doesn't work. But it looks to me like the phone number and at least the beginning of the web address have been hijacked. Is that possible? Can these scammers not be stopped? I get text messages just like this two or three times a week, in among a lot of other scams/spams/rubbish.
