Linkt account scam sms saying that I have overdue toll fees when I don’t even have an account with them.

Caller: Fake Linkt SMS reads like this as below, " This is the final reminder from your overdue Linkt! To avoid late fees and additional charge, please make the payment promptly at.htt**://s.id/1***u "
And I've got no car so block this scammers number.
