Caller: Recorded message - Crime or something

I received this call and answered the phone - it was a recording saying national crime or something similar - I called the number back from another phone and it was answered by a guy named Drew - I asked if he was Federal police and he hesitated - then said yes - I said you are a scam caller and he sort of stuttered then asked my name in which I hung up.
