Caller: Said they were from Microsoft I don't usually answer unknow numbers, but I answered, and the woman asked if she was speaking to... (my name), then proceeded to say she was calling from Microsoft about my computer, at which point I hung up. Lesson learnt...continue not answering unknown numbers. If it's important they will leave a message.
